- Proficiency in Python and JavaScript
- Understanding of databases, particularly PostgreSQL
- Knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS, XML)
- Experience with version control (Git)
- Experience with the Odoo ERP and its architecture is a plus
- Development and customisation of modules in Odoo tailored to the specific needs of our clients
- Maintenance and continuous improvement of existing solutions
- Participation in the analysis, design, and deployment phases of projects
- Troubleshooting technical issues and optimizing performance
- Close collaboration with the team and clients to ensure the quality of deliverables
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Autonomy and diligence in work
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams
- Adaptability and curiosity for new technologies
