We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst Odoo to strengthen our team of consultants specializing in Odoo implementation for our clients.

Profile sought

You have proven expertise in Odoo implementation with:

  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Odoo deployment and configuration
  • In-depth mastery of several Odoo business modules (Accounting, Sales, Inventory, Purchasing, Production, etc.)
  • Successful experience in leading Odoo implementation projects from A to Z
  • Knowledge of the specificities and limits of the solution to propose the best approaches

Main missions

  • Conduct customer needs analysis and process mapping workshops
  • Configure and configure Odoo to meet specific customer requirements
  • Carry out demonstrations and proofs of concept
  • Concretely implement Odoo solutions for customers
  • Train users on their personalized Odoo environment
  • Provide post-implementation support and change management
  • Collaborate with developers for specific adaptations

Required skills

  • Practical expertise of Odoo in different business contexts
  • Ability to identify gaps between customer processes and standard functionality
  • Experience in data migration and integration with other systems
  • Knowledge of extensions and add-ons available in the Odoo ecosystem
  • Understanding the Odoo data model and customization possibilities
  • Maîtrise fluente des langues allemande, française et anglaise.

Profile sought

You are passionate about IT development and have strong skills in:

  •  Python (si back-end Odoo, c'est un atout)
  • JavaScript (si front-end Odoo, c'est un atout)
  • Compréhension de bases de données notamment PostgreSQL

Main missions

  • Development and customization of Odoo modules adapted to the specific needs of our clients
  • Maintenance and continuous improvement of existing solutions
  • Participation in the analysis, design and deployment phases of projects
  • Troubleshooting technical issues and optimizing performance
