You have a strong command of the technical side of the Odoo ERP and understand how a company operates. With your sharp mindset, you are able to successfully lead innovative projects to completion and find the best solutions for clients
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in deploying and configuring Odoo
- Strong mastery of multiple Odoo business modules (Accounting, Sales, Inventory, Purchasing, Manufacturing, etc.)
- Proven experience managing end-to-end Odoo implementation projects
- Solid understanding of the solution’s capabilities and limitations to propose the best approaches
- Practical experience with Odoo across different business environments
- Ability to identify gaps between client processes and standard functionalities
- Experience in data migration and system integrations
- Knowledge of extensions and add-on modules within the Odoo ecosystem
- Understanding of the Odoo data model and customization possibilities
- Lead workshops to analyze client needs and map business processes
- Configure and customize Odoo to meet specific client requirements
- Deliver demonstrations and proof of concepts
- Implement Odoo solutions at client sites
- Train users on their customized Odoo environment
- Provide post-implementation support and change management guidance
- Collaborate with developers on specific customizations
- Customer-oriented mindset and ability to quickly understand business challenges
- Ability to propose pragmatic and effective solutions
- Excellent communication and teaching skills
- Autonomy and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Methodical approach and strong attention to detail in implementations
